How much do you wanna bet, that one day this blog will be known as the most entertaining investing blog EVER!!!
My blog might not be the best looking or the most informative, i just want my blog to be fun for everybody.
So why is it that im having a party......well because im ahead of the game my friend, i started my Vanguard account when i was 19 (before i even had my first job). Didn't put money into it until i was 20, so as im currently 22 years old i would like to give the 19 year old version of me a high five right now. See this is how i think, i want my future self to be proud of what i did in the past and all the sacrifices ive made to keep building this wealth....so you best believe my behind havin a party, and anyone of you guys are welcome to join lol. I just find it so fascinating that i could literally have Netflix running for free on my bedroom tv because my dividends are paying for it, like that is just awesome.
Alright guys, hope you enjoyed my first party here on the blog. The requirement for me to have a party on this blog is that i MUST hit a new monthly record in my passive income, so if its like a little lower next month, then no party. I have to save these for special occasions, like when i reach follower milestones =)

Total is $30.16.......Holy crap nearly doubled from last month
Purchases: 10 shares of WPC
So this month was freaking amazing, and take a closer look at the dates. I earned a dividend payment 4 days in a row back to back......now thats what im talking about, that was my best week so far. Thats the core of this blog, earning a non-stop stream of income. This months buy was (WPC), i bought 10 shares so i should earn a $10 payment from one stock next month which will be my biggest pay day so far, i just love breaking record after record. I just have soo many numbers running in my head of what payouts records i could hit before the end of the year. My plan for this year is the raise my over all yield to over 4.5% and hopefully one day have it sitting at a steady 5.5%. But i have to get there slow and steady, im reaching for more yeild but nothing crazy like 9%-10%. Ive been building a list of steady 5% dividend stocks that can help me slowly bring up my over-all yeild. My next months purchase should (OHI), ive seen people on the Dividend Growth Investing group mention this stock all the time, and btw if you guys have ANY stock suggestions please dont be afraid to comment.
Now let me explain some more future plans, ive said back in April that ill be buying more of (CVX) and then getting into (WPC), (OHI), and (GOOD). So once i get done with that what will i do next, well i think im just going to focus on monthly dividend stocks only for the rest of the year. I need to really get into targeting curtain dates of the month, i want every month to be just as successful as this month. When 2018 comes around, then ill get back into the good old quarterly dividend stocks, thats my plan for right now but it could change.
Oh and i almost forgot, you guys need to download this dividend app its very helpful for tracking up-coming dividend dates. This REALLY helps me build my daily dividend blueprint alot faster. Its called DIVIDEND PREDICTOR, go get the paid version trust me its totally worth it, should be available for Apple and Android.
Well guys, i just wanted to say once again Happy 4th of July. I really really appreciate you guys taking the time to read and following my blog, we all a big happy family just having a great time. I just love to make peoples day, and at the same time tell my lifes story of one day becoming financially free. I love that im always looking forward to the end of the month to do another blog because i love what i do.
