Dividend Update May 2017
Well folks, this month i think i deserve a nice glass of champagne lol because the portfolio performed excellent this month and i almost got to visit Andrew Jackson this month. Btw i noticed last month that i got my first FOLLOWER yippee =D, whats up bro welcome to the blog. Hope you enjoy your stay here because its about to get real good up in here, im gonna start sharing music videos on here as my celebration song and we can all party together. I really think im gonna be having a party for the rest of the year because if i keep buying at the rate im doing now, there could be a chance i could have a beautiful date with the great Benjamin Franklin, ill admit hes pretty handsome XD. Like i said in last months dividend update, i love to tell a short story in my introductions so here we go STORY TIME!!!
Funny story with my Mom 💓
So heres a funny conversation i had with my mom right before i got started working on the draft for this blog. As time goes on my mom gets more and more curious about my Investment portfolio, and she wanted to give me some of her money and help her get started investing. Me: "ok so how much do you want to get started with", my mom said "$25"..........Me: Umm how about $100 at least i could get you a descent return, and a descent dividend Mom: a hundred dollars??? Why? Me: Well you listen to Dave Ramsey right? well he said its good to start with $100 a month. Mom: A MONTH? i cant just start with $25 Me: Well do you want a 25 cent dividend or a $1 dividend coming in every 3 months. She just gives me a long confused look when i said every 3 months XD. Me: Mom do you even know what company you would like to invest in, maybe a company you grew up with and known for your whole life. My mom just shrugged her shoulders, i just wanted to face palm XD (mom you are so funny i love you) i said we can continue this later lol.
Alright fellas, without further or do.........LETS GET TO BUSINESS
Total is $16.00.......my sweet sixteen 💘
Guess what, on the 15th of May, i had the biggest dividend payday to date. At an astounding $9.53 pretty much $10. I made what i been trying to make in one month but i made it in one day, and i noticed that i made almost double the income i made back in April. I think the $10 quota is outdated now, its time to raise it up to $25 baby!!! We planning to celebrate big on the next dividend update, im gonna feel warm and fuzzy for the next update. There is not much left for me to say for this update other than me reminding you that i will be buying WPC in June and ive been slowly building a daily dividend blueprint. Where i look through hundreds of stocks and choose the best of the best for curtain dates of the year 2017 on Excel. this one is short because i pretty much told you guys most of the plans i have for June on my April update. Well guys thats it for this update, keep ballin with dem dividends and ill see you guys next time.

Dividend Update April 2017
Alright my fellow dividend lovers its that time of the month again, and honestly i thought i was going to be disappointed for this months performance but im not. I can understand the frustration some people might have with there dividends but at the same time would you rather be making $0 a month in passive income and stay in the rat race with everyone else.......exactly which is why im thankful for every dollar i earn in dividends. I am thankful to be 22 years old and to be investing for the 45 year old me (basically investing for the future), rather than blowing all that money on lets say a really nice big plasma screen tv lol. Don't get me wrong i love big Tv's just like anyone would, but you must have your priorities right. You wanna know what kind of vision i have for the 45 year old me? alright heres the story.
Story Time =D
i can see him driving on the highway in a really nice Maserati, taking a drive to go visit his family. Suddenly his IPhone 20 vibrates and he takes a look at a message saying Coca-Cola has made a transaction of $7500 into your checking account.................thats the kind of life i want for him. i want him to be a very happy man, with no worries. By the time i do get to that age ill be crying with happiness because ill be soo thankful that my younger self thought of all these things soo many years ago, i told my mother all of this the other day and she wish she thought the same way when she was my age but shes doing just fine, my parents are about to retire btw cant wait to see them enjoy a great retirement.
Yearly dividend chart
Ok guys story time is over, lets get to business (i sometimes like to start off my dividend updates with a story) so i have some explaining to do as to why i came short of $10 this month, and you will see why once i update my portfolio snap shot after i publish this blog. So without further or do lets go over the dividends for April.
Total is $8.45.....not bad, pretty much the same as February
So why is it that my dividends did not surpass $10 this month, well because i did not buy before the ex-dividend date (i forgot lol). On 3/27/17 i bought 16 shares of MAIN but the ex-date was 3/17/16, and on 4/17/17 i bought 12 shares of O but the ex-date was 3/30/17 lol guys i always love to buy before the ex-date but for some reason i forgot to check that before i bought, but oh well lol my dividends will look fabulous in May. So i really was suppose to earn $3.15 from O and earn $3.80 from MAIN, so the total would of been $14.02. But check this out i just recently found out that MAIN is giving out a SPECIAL DIVIDEND in June so ill receive my regular dividend plus a BONUS of $5.60......i feel warm and fuzzy already lol.
So in the next few weeks my next buy will be (CVX) Chevron the good old oil, will buy on 5/12/17 just days before the ex-dividend date. I said REIT's are like my #1 favorite type of investments, Oil might be ranked #2 or #3. Theres this one oil stock that has one hell of a lovely dividend yield but cant buy it because it can be waaay to volatile.......its Royal Dutch Shell RDS/A or B but it pays in march, my March schedule have enough money coming in, its the January and February schedules that need more dividends.
So thats it for this one folks, gave you some additional info on whats gonna happen in the next few weeks. May is going to be a fun month so i hope you guys enjoyed, keep cashing in them lovely dividends and ill see you guys next time ;-)

Mini Update: Mid-April
Whats up fellas im back, ive been doing tons and tons of research in the last few days and i can see this as a mid-month update. If i dont have a specific topic ill just call it a mini update.
The one thing that has been on my mind lately was should i really just keep scaling up on my current holdings or should i venture out and find new stocks to help fill in more gaps between the dividends payments. Well you guys already know the answer to that, just from reading the main title of my blog, the answer is BOTH. I want to receive at least $10 minimum in dividends every month, but let me give you a hint for April's dividend update......it doesn't look like ill be reaching that minimum this month, ill explain more about that when i do my dividend update for April.
Alright guys lets get to business, so during my many hours of research i came upon 2 really attractive (sexy lol) high yielding stocks. Ive seen people on Facebook mention these stocks from time to time but i always forget to look them up on Fidelity (which is what i use to hold my watch-list and to look up stocks). So the 2 stocks are (WPC) and (OHI), the one thing i love about these stocks is that there both REITS, and guess what one pays in January and the other pays in February which is good, this fits right with my plan. What i like to do is to spread the dividends across the 3 dividend payments schedules. Dividends that start in Jan., Feb.or Mar. How i plan to do to fix this problem of reaching $10 a month, is have 3 good yielding stocks that pay in each of the 3 schedules. (WPC),(OHI), and (CVX) but i already own 1 share of (CVX). For 2017 i have a $600-$700 budget every-time i invest. Im still going to buy more of my current holdings but i need to even out the income first by starting off with the 3 highest yields ill have in my portfolio and then i move down to the next 3 highest yeilds, working my way down to the lowest yeilds, and hopefully by mid 2018 ill have over $600 invested into each holding . But remember guys, dont get GREEDY. When you get greedy, you get desperate, when you get desperate, you buy anything thats showing like a 9% yeild and then you dun messed it up, because right after you buy, the price could go down by like 40% and the dividend gets a huge cut because the company is giving way too much money to its investors lol you never know.
Oh and i almost forgot to tell you about my plans with monthly dividend stocks, (i currently own 3 monthly dividend stocks) out of all of the different types of monthly dividend stocks that i came across, i only found 1 that i want to add to my portfolio. I wanted to add a second monthly stock but im very strict with my portfolio, out of a 100 stocks you might see me consider maybe 5 of them and then i might actually buy 1. So the next monthly dividend stock im interested in is (GOOD), and guess what its another REIT lol i dont know why but i think im having a love affair with REITs, i mean real estate is like my favorite investment. so to end this post, ill show you how much ill be making in the near future from these stocks if i put around $600 into each of them.
*note that i already own 1 share of (CVX) so i added 1 share in the total
Now that is one lovely sight right there, all of this will be a reality before the end of the year. Just imagining what it would feel like to a $10 dividend from a single stock makes me feel "warm and fuzzy" :3, a quote from Kevin O'leary i love to use all the time. That feeling you get when you drink a cup of coffee at just the right temp. hmmm feels real good doesn't it....... lol anyway guys hope you liked my update, keep earning em sweet dividends and ill see you guys next time ;-)

Dividend Update March 2017
Hello my fellow dividend lovers this is something ill be doing every month, "Dividend Updates". I wish i would of started this blog at the very start of the year but ill still give you the dividend details on January and February, don't worry i wont leave those out.
So as you can see this is a bar graph covering all of 2016 to March 2017
2017 January Dividends
from what my account says, i only earned $0.82 cents in January lol at the time i didn't have a lot of stocks that payed dividends in the quarter schedule that January is in, so that explains why you see pretty much nothing for January, but hear this in Jan. of 2016 i only made $0.03.......you gotta start somewhere right XD. Now a days i have plenty of stocks that pay dividends in this schedule so a lot of these gaps should be filled in when i do my dividend report for April. If i want to succeed in getting non-stop dividends i need to find more stocks to fill in all these gaps.
2017 February Dividends
Now for February, this was before i sold most of my ETF bonds. I just felt it was time to let most of them go, and re-adjust my holdings. So i sold all my bonds expect for one, the Vanguard Emerging Markets Govt Bond Index Fund ETF also known as VWOB. i dumped all the money i got from selling the other bonds into VWOB (which pays money monthly) i don't need a lot of weight in bonds, im still a baby in diapers XD.
Total is $8.42.......not bad (thumbs up)
2017 March Dividends
Now we saved the best for last, March was a pretty good month. As you can see i received a $3.06 dividend from VWOB, remember early in the post where i told you i dumped a lot of cash into this stock from selling all the other bonds. Honestly my goal is to receive at least $5 from every stock or bond i own. Not only that i have to do more homework on finding those right stocks to fill in the gaps between the payments, that is why i added the dates into the table. To show you where im currently at on the road to Non-Stop Dividends.
Total is $11.13
Well that's it for now, as long as its over $10 a month im cool. Ill keep updating you guys on my dividends every month and every now and then ill post about a stock im interested in, especially with helping me get 1 step closer to daily dividend payments, but any i hope you guys enjoyed this blog post, keep on cashing in em sweet dividends and ill see you guys next time :)

Introduction to "Road to Non-Stop Dividends"
Hello my fellow Dividend Lovers, this is my very first blog post or very first real blog in general. in the past ive done some very interesting update post on my investments and my portfolio on a Facebook group called Dividend Growth Investing. I always love to be funny and show my enthusiasm for dividend investing.
If you wanna check out the FB group heres the link
https://www.facebook.com/groups/323793151022876/?ref=bookmarks
But to start off this fun journey to the "Road to Non-Stop Dividends" which is a theory ive mentioned many times in the Facebook group, to where one day i want to receive a descent dividend payment at least 5 days a week or almost every single day, when i mean descent i mean from $15 and up. you cant be greedy with this because you will just get frustrated on why your passive income is not where you want it to be, this takes time and you have to be patient. Im 22 years old and since i was 19 ive always been making the best decisions (especially with investing) to make sure the 45 year old me will be taken cared of.
so since this is update ill show you where im currently at, as of 4/5/2017 my investment portfolio is worth a little over $4500. Im glad my friends from Facebook mentioned i should start a blog on this because i think its going to be awesome to see years down the road how far i have come, or i should say year down the road to the Non-Stop Dividend payments. My goal for this blog is to one day earn $100 a month in passive income from blogging, people have told me on Facebook that you can make money blogging about your passion, and telling you guys my life journey to building wealth is a passion of mine. On this blog you will see my journey of one day achieving a passive income to almost or all the way non stop, it will take some time. Probably years but this is a start to a wonderful journey to wealth and of course this blog. this is basically an introduction to my blog and to a start to a great journey, so as always people keep earning em sweet dividends and i hope you all have a great day.
